Tattoo aftercare

1. Leave the bandage that you received after the tattoo on for 8 to 24 hours. Everyone heals differently, and the length of time will vary depending on how much fluid your tattoo is weeping.

2. Wash your hands thoroughly before you remove the bandage.

3. Cleanse the tattooed area with room temperature water and fragrance-free soap after removing the bandage.

4. Do not scrub, scratch, or rub the tattooed area. The idea behind the washing is to eliminate any dead cells have been allowed to accumulate on the surface.

5. Dry the tattooed area by gently patting the area with a clean, sterile towel. Let the tattoo dry completely.

6. Lightly rub on ointment that’s provided by Hana Ink Studio. Do Not use Neosporin or Vaseline.

7. You do not need to re-bandage.

8. Do Not pick at the scab. A scab will start to form & flake within 4 to 7 days. If it itches, apply the ointment and rub it in as needed.

9. Repeat this process for a total of 14 days.
